LeadHounds provides an AI chat assistant ("the Service") that a business adds to its website to answer visitor questions, provide guide price estimates, and capture visitor contact details ("leads"). The Service is provided as a monthly subscription.
Price ranges shown by the assistant are guide estimates generated from rates you configure. They are not binding offers. You are responsible for confirming the final price with your customer before any work begins, and the assistant tells customers this.
Lead data captured by your assistant belongs to you. We process it only to deliver it to you (dashboard, email, or webhook) and do not sell it or use it to contact your customers. See our Privacy Policy for details. On cancellation you may request a copy or deletion of your stored leads.
We aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. If the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period, your remedy is a pro-rata credit or cancellation. Setup help is included free with every plan.
The Service is a lead-capture tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, missed jobs, or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
If we make material changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that constitutes acceptance.
